1. In your Dashboard, click on 'Events' at the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Click the black 'New Event' button. The dropdown menu will give you three options.
3. Add your event title, short description (only appears on the events tab), and a full-length event description. In the event description box, you can drag and drop images.
4. Choose your event venue type, input dates, times, and schedules, and don't forget to add the location.
5. If your event will be held virtually, specify whether it will be held through the JRCLS website (Bevy) or with an external URL (such as Zoom).
6. Click 'Save draft', then 'Next'.
7. Add sponsors and partners if your event has them. Click 'Next'.
8. Tickets look different depending on whether your event is RSVP (Free), Paid Event, or Paid Event (External URL).
For RSVP (Free) events, there is no ticket price. A free RSVP will show up on the event page. If you don't want RSVP ticketing displayed on your event page, contact Lyza Wolfgramm to remove it.
For Paid Events, the ticket price appears here. You may add multiple ticket tiers by clicking 'Add new Ticket'.
9. Click 'Save draft', or 'Publish' if your event is ready.
