In 2024, the Philippines Manila Chapter was reorganized as the Philippines Metro Manila Chapter.   


In 2012, the Philippines Manila Chapter, which was the only chapter in the Philippines, was a recipient of the Franklin S. Richards Award in 2012, accepted by Mary Ann Ojeda Isidro.
