Conference Schedule (updated September 24, 2025)

Held on October 2 - 3, the 2025 Leadership Conference of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society brings together international leaders of the Law Society in an engaging, educational, and spiritually-uplifting experience to learn from each other, gain valuable leadership training, and improve their ability to serve in their communities.  

This year's keynote speaker on Thursday evening will be Kim B. Clark, NAC Professor of Business at BYU's Marriott School of Business; former president of BYU-Idaho; former dean of Harvard Business School; and emeritus General Authority Seventy of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. 

In conjunction with the 2025 Leadership Conference, the JRCLS Women In Law Committee is hosting a Pre-law Event on October 1, from 6:00 - 7:30 pm. To learn more about the pre-law event, click here.

All conference sessions will be held at the Aspen Grove camp facility in Aspen Grove, Utah, located northeast of Provo, Utah. Driving Directions to Aspen Grove

Conference Schedule (updated September 24, 2025)

Lodging: Conference attendees are responsible to arrange their own housing before, during and after the Leadership Conference. 

Housing at Aspen Grove (updated September 24, 2025): All rooms at Aspen Grove are booked.  

Transportation: Conference attendees are responsible to arrange their own transportation before, during and after the Leadership Conference.

Dress Code: Thursday meetings: Business attire; Friday meetings: Business casual.

On-site Translation Services: Spanish and Portuguese language translation will be available for all plenary sessions of the conference.  

First Time Attendee Tour on October 1. TOUR IS NOW FULL.  Individuals who registered by the July 31st deadline will receive an email with additional tour information. 

Need to cancel your reservation?  Refunds for conference registrations and Aspen Grove room reservations will be available if requested by September 24, 2025.  No refunds will be issued after this date.
