Bio: Robert Davis began his law practice in 1994 in the Orange County office of Morrison & Forester. He moved to

O’Melveny & Myers in 1996 where he specialized in corporate and securities law, before moving in 2000 to senior

in-house legal and business positions, first with Meade Instruments Corp. and then with Targus Group

International. From 2015 to 2020, and starting again in 2023, he has been the senior vice president and general

counsel of Glaukos Corporation, a publicly traded medical technology and pharmaceutical company. For the past

three decades, Mr. Davis has served in a wide variety of leadership positions within The Church of Jesus Christ

of Latter-day Saints, and from 2020 to 2023 he served as President of the Stockholm, Sweden Mission. He and

his wife, Tiffany, are the parents of four adult children. They currently have three grandchildren with one more on

the way.
