The Law Society encourages each chapter to set goals each year and work toward achieving them. To help guide those efforts and encourage chapters to grow and flourish, Chapter Recognition Criteria were developed (see chart below). These criteria outline critical milestones for a chapter to acheive and help determine the strength of a chapter. The criteria are also used as the basis for a chapter to qualify for a Chapter Recognition Award.
Each year, chapters are eligible to apply for a Chapter Recognition Award. Awards are granted based upon a chapter meeting the applicable Chapter Recognition Criteria during the prior reporting period: August 1 - July 31. Awards will be presented at the annual Leadership Conference. Award applications are due by August 15.
