We have now completed our first in-person event for 2026, our “Lift Where You Stand” service project activity!
I want to personally thank all those that were able to come and lend a hand at the Community First! Village. We had a great guide, one of the current neighbors in Community First! Village, that showed us around the place, answered our questions, and got us working in the garden. We did prep work for the garden’s new fall plants to come in. The Community First! Village garden is maintained by the residents there and used to provide paid jobs for them. The produce from the garden is available at no cost to the residents to help provide them food stability.
It was a great time providing service and bonding with fellow J. Reuben Clark Law Society members and their families. The weather was even surprisingly comfortable for August!

Things to Come
That is not all that we are doing this year! We have some great ideas we are kicking around for the fall and into the new year. We would love to see you out at one of our events.
