On 15 April 2026, the JRCLS Philippines Area Leadership, together with the JRCLS Visayas Chapter Officers, conducted a courtesy call with the Dean and Assistant Dean of the College of Law of the University of San Agustin in Iloilo City, fostering meaningful collaboration with the legal academe. The delegation was graciously received by Dean Atty. Jose Mari Benjamin Francisco U. Tirol (Jose Mari Uriondo Tirol) and Assistant Dean Atty. Cirilo Yuro Jr., marking a significant step toward strengthening partnerships in legal education and service.
The engagement reflects a shared commitment to advancing faith-based legal principles and building bridges between practitioners and future members of the legal profession. There is much anticipation for the work ahead as these partnerships continue to develop.
The visit concluded with a fellowship dinner in Iloilo City, where JRCLS Philippines Area Leaders and Visayas Chapter leaders gathered to further strengthen unity and camaraderie within the organization.
