The 2026 Leadership Conference of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society brings together JRCLS leaders from across the world in an engaging, educational, and spiritually-uplifting training experience. During the conference, leaders will learn from each other, gain valuable leadership training, and improve their ability to serve in the Law Society. Reyna I. Aburto, former counselor in the General Relief Society Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will be this year's keynote speaker.
Invited attendees: Current JRCLS leaders in the following positions are invited to attend:
Area Leaders: Chairs, Chairs-Elect, and Area Leadership Team Members
Chapter Leaders: Chairs, Chairs-Elect, and Board Members
Clark Society Advisors
Global Chapter Chairs
International Committee Leaders: Chairs and Members
Section Chairs
Student Board Members
*Note: All conference guests must be at least 12 years of age.
All conference sessions will be held at the Aspen Grove camp facility in Aspen Grove, Utah, located northeast of Provo, Utah. Driving Directions to Aspen Grove
Lodging: Conference attendees are responsible to arrange their own housing before, during and after the Leadership Conference.
Housing option at Aspen Grove: Limited housing will be available for an additional fee.
Rooms are available for Wednesday, September 30, and Thursday, October 1.
Check-in will begin at 7:00 pm on September 30. No early check-in. No stay extensions.
Single rooms (1 person) and multi- occupancy rooms (2-4 people) will be available.
Room charge will be per room type, not per person.
Leadership Conference attendees can book rooms at Aspen Grove during the registration process.
Transportation: Conference attendees are responsible to arrange their own transportation before, during and after the Leadership Conference.
On-site Translation Services: French, Portuguese and Spanish language translation will be available for all plenary sessions of the conference using an online interpretation app. Participants need to provide their own electronic device and head phones.
Basic Schedule: Schedule will be updated periodically.
Women In Law Pre-Law Event: Leadership conference attendees are invited to participate in the Women in Law Pre-law dinner event held on September 30th on the BYU Campus in Provo, Utah. Registration for this event will open in August 2026.
Attending the Leadership Conference for the first time? If you are a Law Society leader attending the Leadership Conference in 2026 for the first time, we invite you to join us on Wednesday, September 30, for a tour in Salt Lake City, followed by a tour of the BYU Law School in Provo, Utah. The tour also includes automatic registration for the Women In Law Pre-law dinner event held at BYU that evening. Need an invitation letter to attend the Leadership Conference? Leaders approved by their Area Chairs to attend the conference can request an invitation letter. To learn more, click here.
Need financial assistance to attend the Leadership Conference? Attorney leaders attending the conference for the first time and approved by their Area Chairs may be eligible to receive reimbursement for a portion of their travel costs to attend the conference. To learn more, click here.
