Dean Moore is a scholar of foreign relations law, international law, international human rights, and international development. A human rights expert, Dean Moore has served on the roster of experts of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe’s Moscow Mechanism.

Before joining BYU, Dean Moore clerked for Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr. during the US Supreme Court’s 2007 term. From 1996 to 2000, he was an Honor Program trial attorney at the US Department of Justice, Civil Division, Federal Programs. We are excited and honored to have Dean Moore as our keynote speaker.
