1. In your Dashboard, click on 'Events' at the left-hand side of the screen.

2. Click the blue 'New Event' button. The dropdown menu will give you four options.

3. You can use AI to generate a title and description, or add them manually. You also have the option to drag and drop images into the description box.

4. Enter the start and end date of your event, including the times for both.

5. Select your event type carefully. This cannot be changed later—if the wrong type is selected, you’ll need to create a new event from the beginning.
Virtual: You have the option use Bevy, zoom, or any other virtual platform you prefer.
In-Person: Held at a physical location.
Hybrid: Both virtual and in-person.
Then put in location details.


6. Click the upload button to change your banner or icon. The banner appears at the top of your event page, and the thumbnail shows on the homepage, under upcoming events, and events tab.

7. Setting Up Your Event Ticket or RSVP:
Depending on your event type, your ticket will be either an RSVP or a Ticket.
For an RSVP: Click Add RSVP. Enter the title, select the venue, and set the quantity.

(Optional) Click the Advanced Settings dropdown to set the validity start and end date and time. When all settings are complete, click Save. Repeat this process to create multiple RSVPs if needed.

Setting Up a Ticket: To create a ticket, click Edit on the General Admission Ticket. Follow the same steps as for an RSVP: enter the title, select the venue, and set the quantity.

(Optional) Use the Advanced Settings dropdown to set the validity start and end date and time. Click Save when finished.

Repeat this process to create multiple tickets if needed.

Enter the venue maximum number of guests.
8. Now select one or more tags for your event.
