Select Virtual or Hybrid as the Event Location.
Select Bevy Virtual.
A virtual join link will be provided.
Auto Record: The recording will automatically begin when a moderator joins the event.
Enable Private Q&A: Participant questions will only be visible to hosts.
Disable Chat: Event chat and direct messages will be disabled.
Interactive Mode: Audio and video will automatically be enabled for the first 1,000 participants.
Instructions: You also have the option to add instructions for attendees.
Add the remaining event details, then Save or Publish your event.
To join a Bevy Virtual event, attendees must have a JRCLS profile and be logged in before clicking the event join link.
If an attendee does not have a JRCLS account, they can sign up for an account before joining the event.
