During the “Start Your Business with Confidence” event on July 12, 2025, attorneys from the Peru Arequipa Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society trained several entrepreneurs on the best way to start a business in Peru. 
Attendees learned about the importance of starting a formal business,
types of companies, the legal process of incorporation, employer labor responsibilities, tax regimes, and electronic invoicing, among other topics.
In addition, a practical simulation exercise was conducted to incorporate a company, which allowed attendees to solve common questions and receive direct guidance from specialists.
